 I’m Still Here

I’m in the little snow flurries,

 falling outside your window,

I listen to your worries,

I know your every sorrow.

If you look deep in your heart,

You’ll find me waiting there.

You see I didn’t really part,

My child, I’m still here.

I’m in your thoughts,

I’m in your mind,

And in the little forget-me-nots,

Seek and you’ll always find.

I’m still here, my child.

On the wings of a dove,

Or the wind blowing wild.

Just touching you with my love.

I planted my love within your heart,

To last your whole life through.

That way we’d never part,

I’d always be loving you.

Don’t shed those lonely teardrops,

Please don’t waste them on me,

A Mother’s love never stops,

I’m still here you see.

Daddy's Love

I felt his love in many ways,

He was there through all my days.

His strong hands with a gentle touch,

Through the years taught me so much.

Showed me right when I'd done wrong,

With understanding he made me strong.

Daddy always knew what to do,

No matter what you were going through.

His love for me was full of pride,

His arms were always open wide.

Daddy's love always sheltered me,

His love also set me free.

When I made the wrong choice,

Love was still in Daddy's voice.

The words from his heart were true,

When he said I'm proud of you.

Daddy's love will always be,

A very important part of me!

 Grandma Guards Us

Love was sent from heaven

Upon the wings of an Angel.

Planted like seeds in a garden

In hearts of special people.

Grandma gathered us together,

And taught us to care.

To prove love lives forever,

Enough for all to share.

Grandma knew what was best,

And worked hard everyday.

She barely even stopped to rest

Trying to avoid delay.

Grandma’s spirit was so strong

She wanted to pass it on.

Grandma gave us a place to belong,

And even though those days are gone,

We’re blessed with the spirit

She gave us with her love.

And now we must not forget

She guards us from above.

 Heaven’s Gate

In the arms of Angels someone leaves.

Here on earth someone grieves.

In just moments from now,

A beautiful mystery somehow,

Someone stands at heavens gate,

Filled with happiness as they wait.

No more pain nor tears,

Only treasured memories of their years.

Down here we’re holding on,

We can’t accept they’re gone.

Weeping as we call their name,

Our lives will never be the same.

Someone stands at the gate to heaven,

As tragedy struck our world again.

In time we’ll begin to understand,

The Angels took our loved one’s hand.

They softly whispered God is love,

And He’s waiting up above.

God’s love has called for them,

To heaven’s gate to meet him.

They’ll enter heaven’s gate together

Where love lives forever.

I Wish You Could Be Here

A soft warm breeze fills the air.

I see blue skies everywhere.

I’m glad to see old friends.

Warm wishes each one sends.

I wish you could be here too,

But you have things to do.

I had to come first to see.

That’s the way it was meant to be.

I carry you inside my heart,

We’ll never really be apart.

No need for a long good-bye,

No tears left to cry.

Don’t get scared and worry,

Take your time don’t hurry.

Only good comes to this place.

A smile upon each face.

God surrounds us with love,

It’s beautiful here up above.

No more sickness or pain,

Only goodness remain.

I still wish you could be here,

Because I love you dear.

My arms will hold you tight.

When the time is right,

 I'll Just Wait In Heaven

I'll just wait in heaven,

'Til we meet again.

I know you miss me

Just remember I am free.

Free from pain and sorrow,

God's love fills each tomorrow.

My love's in your heart,

We'll never be apart.

Cherish the love we share,

Remember how much I care.

Someday we'll be together.

Because love lives forever!

So I'll just wait in heaven,

'Til we meet again.

A Letter From Heaven

Mommy,

Please don't cry for me,

I'm where I need to be.

The Angels brought me here,

And they're always near.

You gave me all your love,

And I brought it up above.

I feel it everyday,

I'm not that far away.

Please don't cry those tears,

Or waste away your years.

God has work for you,

There's something you must do.

God's message will be clear,

When the time is near.

Just hold me in your heart,

We'll never be apart.

Remember Jesus loves me,

He gave his life to set me free.

Because Jesus has risen,

I see him each day in heaven.

They love me like you do, Mommy,

And they take good care of me.

So don't worry, and don't be late,

I'll be waiting at heaven's gate.

                        Love always,

                                me

My Angel Baby

Now you play in heaven's playground,

The love of Jesus you have found.

I was not ready-I didn't know,

How all the Angels loved you so!

You were called because you were special,

God was ready for His baby Angel.

Although my arms never held you tight,

I dream of you late at night.

I believe you felt my love-

Took it with you up above.

To keep in your heart forever,

Because you knew I was your Mother.

I still have God's work to do,

When I finish I'll be with you!

Love,

              Mommy

 Sorrow Needs Teardrops

Flowers need the raindrops,

To bloom again in spring.

Like sorrow needs teardrops,

To ease the suffering.

Loss is hard to handle,

And never goes away.

But a heart is very special,

It's where your memories stay.

Take all the time you need,

To grieve the loss you feel.

So your heart can be freed,

And begin to heal.

Then the sunshine will follow,

And shine again someday,

After you release your sorrow,

You'll see a brighter day.

 Speak His Name

Don’t be afraid to speak his name,

I know things aren’t the same.

He lives in my heart, soul and mind,

It’s a kind of peace I find.

You and I have memories we share,

Don’t hide them, it’s not fair.

So don’t let silence become a game,

That would be such a shame.

I love it when we reminisce,

The days that I still miss.

Don’t be afraid that I might cry,

Don’t make me say good-bye.

When we talk about the past,

It helps make the memories last.

So be my friend so dear,

End the si
